Who Am I? This day in age we ask ourselves this question all the time! We define ourselves by what people think of us and who we believe we are. This is me, who I am. Enjoy!
I am a Mom!
I have 3 amazing kids: Haleigh, 21; Cheyann, 16; and Liam, 12. They are my life. They give me joy, fears, comfort and unconditional love (and stress!). They are the reason I wake up in the morning, and the reason I work so hard in life. And the main reason I have this blog!
I am a wife!
My husband and I met over 20 years ago in high school. He is a hard working Lieutenant firefighter medic as well as an EMT at our local hospital. He has a heart of gold, always helping others first! He’s a great father, my best friend and a loving, supportive husband to me! You can read more about our story here.
I am a Daughter, Sister and Aunt!
I love my family! You can always find me close to someone. I live in my hometown, where my parents, (my late) grandparents and many extended family still live. I believe family is our best friends and our greatest supporters.
I am a Christian!
This should be my first who I am! This defines every other part of my life. My belief defines my role as a mother, a wife and also how I run my business and daily life. You can see this in my blog posts, the way I raise my kids, treat friends and strangers and live my entire life. I am commissioned by God to spread the message and I hope to do this daily in my life.
I am a Coffee Lover
I mean really, who isn’t? I love my coffee and lattes! Starbucks is one of my favorite places to be and I’ve passed that down to my own kids (not sure that’s a good thing).
I am a Vegetarian
I’ve been a vegetarian for over 12 years now by choice. My life is simpler and so much easier. I am healthier and have so much more energy. I made this decision not just for environmental, but health reasons as well as personal ones.
